Mobile Device ID, OS version, and app usage statistics
GPS Location (for delivery tracking and route optimization)
Delivery performance metrics (on-time delivery, success rate, etc.)
Bank or Mobile Financial Service (MFS) details for payment
Daily cash collection and COD (Cash on Delivery) transaction data
CarryBee uses your data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

3.3. Delivery Operations – assigning tasks, tracking routes, and managing performance.
3.4. Payments & Settlements – calculating earnings and processing payouts.
3.5. Communication – sharing updates, safety alerts, or app notifications.
3.6. Performance Monitoring – evaluating service quality and compliance.
3.7. Legal & Compliance Requirements – maintaining lawful employment and tax records.
3.8. Security & Fraud Prevention – preventing unauthorized use or identity misuse.
CarryBee does not sell, rent, or trade any Agent’s personal data to third parties.

The CarryBee Agent App uses GPS tracking to:
Identify delivery locations

Location tracking remains active only during delivery hours when the agent is logged in.
Some technical data may be processed outside Bangladesh (e.g., cloud storage in regional servers).
All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and strict internal controls.
