• Educational Certificates (if available)
• Utility Bill Copy for Address Verification
• Emergency Contact Details

B. Professional Information

• CV / Application Form Data
• Driving License Copy (for bikers)
• Vehicle Registration Paper, Blue Book, Tax Token Copy
• Type of Vehicle (Cycle / Motorbike)
• Availability and Service Location Preference

C. App and Device Information

• Mobile Device ID, OS version, and app usage statistics

• GPS Location (for delivery tracking and route optimization)

• Delivery performance metrics (on-time delivery, success rate, etc.)

D. Financial and Transaction Data

• Bank or Mobile Financial Service (MFS) details for payment

• Daily cash collection and COD (Cash on Delivery) transaction data

3.5. Communication – sharing updates, safety alerts, or app notifications.

3.6. Performance Monitoring – evaluating service quality and compliance.

3.7. Legal & Compliance Requirements – maintaining lawful employment and tax records.

3.8. Security & Fraud Prevention – preventing unauthorized use or identity misuse.

CarryBee does not sell, rent, or trade any Agent’s personal data to third parties.
